1st they entered in to a contract with my minor child, now they have called me 12-15 times in the past 2 years, cursing at me and along with threat and Harassments and intimidating phone calls as well as entering in to a contract with a minor child.

I am not sure how to deal with them as I contacted my local prosecuters office, and they said to let them know not to call and then record each time they called and Harass me and intimidated me with phone calls as well as entering in to a contract with a minor child.


They where suppose to provide a security system for this child in which never worked. Please do not do busness with them, they are not a law office just a collection agency. If they should try and enter it on your credit report then contact the credit agency as they also record the company handling of they affairs, and also contact the better busness bural. as well as your state and federal attorney general. I also was told ny pushing *69 three times will mess up there computer program that continues to make unwated calls to you. I did invite these people to my home as to correct the problem, they declined! This has been going on for more then two years, I have also invited them to my local county court, That is Newton County Missouri. My next step I beleive is to press charges crimially, and civil. I would encorage you to also do this, as I beleive they will be a no show and you will automaticlly when your case.
