I received an email from this person/company (scott@andersonlawgroup.net) to "Dear Debtor", stating that my delinquent account with a payday loan company I have never heard of was several payments behind, with an outstanding balance of $669.00 sent to their office for collection action and to bring legal action against me. Additionally, if payment was not received within 2 days, that I could be taken to small claims court for suit against me with me being responsible for all fees incurred, but that this could all be avoided by making immediate payment.
