I received an email today from this company telling me that they will be filing paperwork against me and if I wanted to srop that I had to contact them. When I responded back that is when I knew it was a scam.

They had said "We are talking about the loan amount of $400.00 that you took with the company Advance Cash Services which has now gone upto $839.00, they do have a signed copy of the contract which is signed under your e-mail address, also would like to mention your computer's IP address and your SSN was also traced when you were signing the contract with the company.

The company have more than 14 technical evidence in order to prove the money was successfully deposited into your bank account which is a checking account.". In the state of North Carolina Advances like these are against the law. I know it is false but others does need to be warned.
