Anderson, Crenshaw & Associates contacted me, asking for me by name to return their call. I did. I asked what their call was in reference to? I was told the call is in reference to a security system I purchased.

I told the person on the phone I have never purchased a security system in my life. Then he gave me a name that the system was listed under. And seem to feel I am his wife. The person's name he gave is my brother. I simply answered the question. No, I am not his wife, No, he does not live at this address.

He apologized for bothering me. Three weeks later Anderson, Crenshaw & Associates called back. I again answered their questions nothing more. I did not volunteer any information. Again apologized for bothering me. I did ask the person to please remove my phone number and name from their system, because based on the information they seem to have they have the wrong person.

Anyway, to make a very long story short, Anderson, Crenshaw & Associates continued to call me until things escalated between me and the Anderson, Crenshaw employee. This person told me he was the supervisor, in the course of our conversation, I became agitated. This person told me to "shutup" to "stop gumming it", that he was talking.

He told me my social security number, and also told me my age! And told me this was going against my credit report.

I hung up and called back and asked to speak to the manager, not the supervisor. I proceeded to tell him the problem. Guess what, he wasn't any better than the supervisor! He did, however, figure out that the person he was looking is my brother. When he asked me where my brother is? My response was, "I have no clue". At this point I am not obligated to tell them anything especially since Anderson, Crenshaw & Associates had already come after me as being his wife. They had all the facts and nothing I could have said would have changed that. I don't have to be nice to people or companies who are rude, belligerent and ignorant, and operate with supidity.

I immediately went to Consumer Protection the next morning. I was told Anderson, Crenshaw & Associates can not file this derogratory information on my credit report. I should have never been told my brothers personal business with them. But,I reiterated to Consumer Protection they are still telling me I'm his wife. As for my telling them any information about my brother's whereabouts is totally up to me. I have no business to conduct with Anderson, Crenshaw & Associates and they have none to conduct with me.

July, 14, 2005, they called back asking for my brother this time. I informed the person that he does not live at this number. The CS Rep tried to insinuate that this is the number he gave where he could be reached. I know that not to be true. He has no idea they are trying to reach him. Somehow Anderson, Crenshaw & Associates got my information. This is clearly identy theft by a company. When I approached the subject of my ss# in their files, the person pulled it up and said it wasn't there.

How do you explain the person I had the confrontation with being able to tell me my ss# and my age?

The the CS Rep. stated that my brother must have stolen my ss#.

Anderson, Crenshaw & Associates is forgetting that there is a paper trail for everything we do. Nowhere, is my ss# on any financial business my brother has conducted nor my signature.

I am not the fool Anderson, Crenshaw & Associates think I am. I will not dance with them. They are obviously not legal or else they would not be caught practicing such stinking BUSINESS ETHICS!! If this is not the type of business the owners want they perhaps need to clean house or train their employees better! Because, ultimately when innocent people start taking action of their own it will become Anderson, Crenshaw & Associates problem not their employees.

I WILL BE WATCHING MY CREDIT REPORT VERY, VERY CAREFULLY!!
