His name is (I think) Andre Jones and he said he's 26. He was being very sweet and polite. Nothing about prices came up until the end.
He said he was in first place and that he won last year. My dog was being nice to him which almost never happens. The distributor number is 122.
He was tall, black, short hair, no sent that I could tell. He was joking a lot. Said the check would go through about 8 days.
I sent in one of my copies to the WA address stated above to get my money back. The copy said it must be done within 3 business days and will be returned within 10 business days.
I'm just glad I looked him up.

The phone number 678-518-3100 is a Northeast Atlanta (Lilburn, GA actually) number. It is owned by GE Money, the lender who handles all JC Penney card transactions. GE Money also performs any collections work for JCPenney credit card holders. The lady's description of the smooth talker on the West Coast does not sound like any GE Money employee I've heard of, does not seem to match their operating methods, nor does GE Money engage in deceptive practices like give out false phone numbers, addresses, or other shenanigans.
Nothing the lady reports about this number appears to be accurate in terms of the phone number.
