Andrea Chicas, employee of Ameriquest Mortgage Company located in Pearl River New York is a liar and a theif! Her first contact with us was after we filled out our information on an Internet Website. She called us regarding our application. At first we didn't really understand what she explained to us because she changed things several times. She told us that our credit scores were weak but if we signed this loan with her that she PROMISED in 6 months our credit scores would increase so much that we could have lower payments with a fixed rate. Her manager, Marc Sloman verified that we would get higher creditscores by taking this loan. One of them, can't remember which one, said our score number would go up by 60 to 70 points. They also said we could do this without paying closing costs again and that Ameriquest repairs credit like this all the time. We are not in this kind of business so we were stupid enough to believe them!

Needless to say they LIED LIED LIED. First we found out after several payments that the tax money was NOT included in our payment that Andrea said it was. Now this would increase our payments much higher than we ever expected and 6 months later we called Andrea Chicas to find out when our loan was changing to the fixed rate she told us we could get. She said she would check on it and call us back. She never called us back. We called again and left a message which she did not call us back again. After getting irate we did our own investigation. We found one of our neighbors that had similar experience with Andrea and also have a co-worker that got lied to by Andrea Chicas. Why is this girl allowed to work for Ameriquest? Don't they monitor calls or care that she is stealing from people and damaging the company reputation or is she related to someone? The manager lied for her in 2 out of these 3 cases that we know of- Is he making money by backing up her lies??? This should be an embarrasment to the company and after we all bring our story to the Rockland Newspaper and "Shame on you" nails her to the wall maybe they will think twice about letting her do this to anyone else!
