ANDREA SCOTT Breeder Is a FRAUD Hoscton Georgia

Andrea Scott, westie breeder is a fraud who is selling mutts. I put a $100 refundable security deposit down to hold the puppy until it would be ready to go home. After lots of research on westie puppies, I realized she is a fake Breeder aka backyard Breeder who is try to make money off of mutt puppies that Andrea Scott claims to be pure breed. When it was time to pick up the puppy, I decided not to purchase the mutt who is supposed to be a pure bred westie. I asked Andrea Scott for my money back. She refused to give me my refundable security deposit back. She kept making up excuses and threatened to call the cops if I didn't leave. At that moment I had no other choice but to leave. ANDREA SCOTT IS UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND A LIAR. Do not trust her! She claims to have certificates on the parents, but has never showed me. She also never answers my phone calls or text when I had questions about the puppies. DON'T BUY HER MUTTS!!
