We, couple with child, booked this apartment for one month. On the pictures it looks nice, but when we got there it was a big shock!

First he was not waiting for us. We had to call him. Then the apartment was dirty. The furniture is of a really very cheap and low quality. The bed is the cheapest you can by from IKEA, with a laughable mattress on it. It squeaked when we moved. Bedclothes had stains and holes. The sofa was totally worn out and had huge stains of coffee and other things. Some walls also had large stains and were in desperate need of repainting. Kitchen utensils were almost non existent and what was there was broken or also of a very cheap and low quality. It was impossible to cook there. There was not even a coffee machine, which is standard in every good property. Water in the shower didn't get hot. And there were many more issues.

But the worst one was the unbelievable stench in the main bathroom. It was the pungent smell of a decomposing body!

On the next day we decided to leave and had to almost fight with him to get our money back and in the end he didn't give us back all we had payed.

It was really a traumatizing experience and if you are planing to rent an apartment in Valencia, Spain, be warned about this scammer and this awful "apartment"!
