Andrew chu took $3700 from me over a year for a website and seo research, none of which he ever delivered. I tried to take him to court at small claims but was only able to get 500 back from his former partner. Chu belongs in jail! He befriended me and betrayed me just like others here. Lets stop this sob! I called his dad who informed me that his own son had defrauded him.
