December 12, 1998 Announces Merger With PCROOMLINK.

Andrew Mazzone Mr. Merger and Acquisition expert started his scam back in 1998 having nothing but a shell called Thermal Tec International, OTC BB: THRM, started making announcements on having a merger with a company called PCROOMLINK. For over a year Mazzone made announcement after announcement how well this merger was and how it was going to be the next big internet play. Mazzone watched his stock go from $.25 to over $18.50. I personally spoke to this guy around December 1998 and all he kept saying was; "I have never sold a share" and "I love my shareholders." This is because all his major shareholders were his family members and close friends, who would sell shares and give him money. He told me there was only 800k in the public float and that is why the stock moves so quickly. As I looked into Edgars online and saw all the filings and who actually owned these so called 800k shares, I called him back and he knew all of them and said "These are my friends and they won't hurt the stock." YA that is why the stock fell from $18.50 to under .50 in a matter of weeks, I will get into that later!!!

Mazzone allowed PCROOMLINK president, James Rossi to make and publish story after story in major papers like; The Wall Street Journal. Mazzone also allowed him to act like this was a done deal and allowed him to raise over $13,000,000 using Thermal Tec stock as a guide for people like me to get in, Look at this;

Just GOOGLE PCROOMLINK and SOLAR COMMUNICATIONS (This was the company that actually owned PCROOMLINK). View all the press, even ten years later that are still there, ya Mazzone loves his shareholder, because they bought all his family and friends shares!

As Mazzone kept making announcements like it was a done deal and getting more shareholders in his stock, on December 13, 1999, one year to date of the first announcement or merging with this huge internet company, it all came to an end.

This guy not only scammed me out of $243,000 but millions from shareholders who listened to him and trusted his press releases and allowed James Rossi to raise $13.5m to run his company by using Thermal Tec as collateral. I spoke to James Rossi and he said It is like taking candy from a baby, raising money at $1.00 while the stock is trading at $16.00. I then called Mazzone and asked him about this $1.00 a share crap and he said "yes" James Rossi is raising money even before the merger closes. This was scam NUMBER 1.

After the merger went bad with PCROOMLINK Mazzone announced this only a month later on January 31, 2000:

More lies from Mazzone now he watched his stock go from $.375 to over $7.00 in a matter of weeks again. Mazzone would merge with anyone to save his hyde because of the merger that fell thru after causing millions to be stolen from the shareholders. But again look at Edgar Online and see days before that announcement how all his insiders got cheap shares again, WHY NOT they all sold over $16.00 during the first scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HERE WE GO AGAIN, Mazzone cancels merger with Edge Management!!!!!!!!!! So now we have two for two canceled mergers, I watched the stock go from $.25 to $18.50 then from $18.50 to .375 during first scam (All of Mazzone friends and family were in on the bottom at .25) then I watched it from $.375 to over $7.00 then from $7.00 to under $.375 again. All these fake press releases, all these fake merger announcements, they all fell thru, and does the SEC even care????

Now Mazzone waited until June 2000 to start it all over again!!!!!

These health care companies Mazzone was putting into our company DID NOT EVEN EXIST, how in the hell does a CEO do this. He has a right to us to do Due Diligence. I could understand if a number was off or one word was wrong, but when you announce you have closed on health care companies and announce EPS of $3.00 and your stock flys again and again to only fall like a rock, that is criminal and I am tired of this man doing this to us. SEC THEY DID NOT EXIST, WHERE ARE YOU TO HELP US!!!!

So what does Mazzone do, HIDE, now he realizes he fu**** up big this time and announces a man by the name of James Zimbler to be the front man so Mazzone can hide and hope it all goes away.

Jim Zimbler is a man who is a reverse merger expert. He walks into a company reverse splits all the long shareholders and then tries to do what Mazzone idi not do, complete a merger. Well in a nut shell the end of this story for now is Zimbler became President, again reversed split us the longs not once but twice and tried over and over to complete mergers. The only one again to make money was Mazzone, Zimbler and all there close family and friends.

He gives his good family and friends cheap shares and they control the entire float and then when the stock goes up they are the first ones out. Please I got hurt big and it ruined my life.
