Andrew More/Amy Eaton/Cole Smith sent me a fake certified check for 3600.00 9512 Springdale Dr.Raleigh,North Carolina/ San francisco California

I posted an ad to sell my 86 Ford Bronco and he sent me an e-mail claiming he wanted to buy it and was sending me the money by certified check. I was a little worried by the sounds of it from his first e-mail and had my husband look at it and he said to go and e-mail back so i did and the e-mails kept coming expressing he wanted the vehicle and would pay extra for me to remove ad from craigslist.He then sent e-mail over the weekend saying he sent money and his secratary sent too uch and wanted me to western union him the rest in cash no money order.

I then waited for a week and and sent him an e-mail that the monet still hasn't arrived and he sent one back saying it should any day now. It arrived this morning and I took it to the bank and talked with them and they told me how to verify from home wheather the check is real or not. I called bank from which check was drawn from and asked to verify if this was a real check and they told me no. I checked the 9 digit acct.# on the bottom of check and there was no such acct.

I am very lucky to have not been fooled from this criminal, but these ppeople need to be stopped. He also sent this fake check in an express envelope from UPS,with a North Caroilna address. He never told me where he was, and wanted me to wesrtern union the money to San francisco Ca. and e-mail 2 differnt people. lots of red flags here.
