  Yes. This is the ex-girlfriend. The one that was spoken about so lovingly by Mike. Thank you for that Mike. I am just updating everyone to let them know that Andrew has died. He died in Naugatuck Connecticut in August 2022. Feel free to stop bashing him online now. He is payed up for all his sins on earth. He’s with God now. He truly wasn’t a bad person. He had very serious demons that he could not overcome. I hope people can find it in their heart to forgive him.

Hello all following this thread. I am pleased to say that I won both lawsuits against this crook. The court has ordered him to pay back nearly 10k of stolen money; With an option to press forward with more suites to reclaim the remainder of my stolen funds.

After consulting with a few of my peers as well as my significant other I have decided it would be worth while to invest 30 minutes out of my busy day; if it means I can help another individual prevent the costly mistakes I have made with Andrew Szczygiel.

What Andrew is actually trying to say is he downloaded a free trial script of a template provided by a company called social engine. which of course expired and left me with nothing. Yes people; That is what I ended up with after all those months and all that money spent. Please people due your diligence on people prior to a business engagement. Up until last month I did not have a website for my company.

Now as far as credentials go and who really helped me through this crisis.

I would like to acknowledge Brandon at Impact Branding & Design in Wallingford, CT. When I arrived at his office; He and his team were the bearers of bad news. They pulled all the records up for my site or "not site" and calmly told me everything that I needed to know or wish I hadn't known. It felt like a kick in the stomach. Once again; Anybody may call me as the details are to much to list here.

Thanks to Vincent Van at radcodes dot com a custom developer from California. He helped put the finishing touches on ibizit.

Special Thanks to Arixe web hosting. They worked tediously by my side for a week to help get my site up and running. I highly recommend this company for any of your web hosting needs. they are very knowledgeable and supportive, especially after I had informed them of my situation. I Can't speak highly enough about them.

And of course myself. After getting 5x my budget for my website confiscated by Andrew. I have since learned basic computer coding as I did not have the funds to risk another financial blow such as I received from Andrew. Sometimes if you want a job done right, do it yourself; This seems to be the trend these days. On to the next topic.

I think I elaborated enough about the first part of this statement. I haven't a clue what reseller accounts you speak of? Please explain. I contracted you to build me a website which did not get done; Nothing more.

I disagree and have had a wonderful experience with those individuals/companies listed above. The relationship was very transparent. They charged me for work to be rendered; I paid, the work got completed in a timely manner. It was a win win for everybody. This is the way the business world is supposed to work.

His expectations were far beyond our agreements and understandings. This is where it really gets interesting. Why would I offer you a full time working relationship; Yet in the same breathe you admit I have been pursuing legal action against you? Seems contradicting as to why an owner of a business would want to sue an employee; Which you never were by the way.

Only to find out by your girlfriend? that you have a restraining order to not come onto to the property for domestic violence charges filed against you by her for physically abusing her. Real class act you are.

Now here is the truth; Two months into my project and roughly $7000-8000 invested into a site that never was in the first place. Andrew calls me up and tells me he cannot complete my project due to the fact that his computer had got stolen. Me being a nice guy and wanting to get my project done; Decided to lend him my brand new macbook Pro in which I use for video editing.

Mind you this is roughly two weeks after he called me up because "he was getting evicted" and needed money to pay his rent. Yep folks another $1500 check out the window. Isn't it great to be a nice guy in these times?

The serial number on the computer isW80303QXAGV. If he is doing a project for you; Politely ask him if you can see the serial number or better yet call Apple support and give them the serial number and see who's name the property is under.

If I had intentions of "giving" a piece of my equipment away wouldn't it make sense that I call Apple and have the item's serial number issued to the person in which I gave the property to?

Once again thanks to the posters at scam dot com it all makes sense. It seems as though Andrew has some extracurricular activities and in fact my computer may be at a local pawn shop. It Just doesn't make sense to me to buy my own stolen computer back again.

When I had went to repossess my items for the second time with another police escort. "many thanks to Naugatuck Police Department they really went to bat for me,". Andrew insisted the computer was his. The officer and I actually found him walking down the street; Says he was catching a bus... But was lingering in front of his girlfriends apartment building. " This guy is under the heavy influence of drugs and your best shot at recouping anything would be through a court herring as it is a civil matter now." Summary... None of this ever happened; Driving around? You don't even own a car. But it is a fact that he did indeed take every bit of that money. Every check was cashed for "cash". Seems weird? I never realized bills were paid with "cash". Connect the dots and you'll clearly see why he "needed cash". You were never an employee of my company. You were hired out to build a website; Which you did not do and you got paid for.

Andrew does not have a bank account because I will be the forth person with a judgement against him to collect on it. "My attorney pulled his records, chuckled and said grab your ticket and wait in line. "Thats was very reassuring to hear".

Disclaimer... This obviously has been detrimental to me and has been a great learning experience. I would have never come to a public website to post about my experiences and more importantly take valuable time out of my busy day if I did not feel that others would not benefit from my experience with Andrew Szczygiel. I would have never thought in all eternity I would find myself posting on a site such as this.

With that being said; I feel it is my duty as a hard working individual that understands the value of a dollar, to share my story my other individuals like myself.

You are a horrible person Andrew and in time it will catch up with you. Many nights I lay awake wondering what I have done so bad in my life that I deserved to be taken advantage of by a person like yourself.

It is sickening to think of the fact this guy cleaned me out of my life savings in a period of 6 months of which it took me 5 years of hard earned work to make.

I should have done my due diligence beforehand and I admit it is my fault. This is the result of not going with a professional establishment in the first place; Shame on me.
