 I'm going to try to be nice about this publication - this guy is a PIG.  He sweats profusly and refuses to show up on time or to discovery deadlines according to court order.  Cases are lost because of this negligence.  He pisses off judges and is loud in court and while discussing confidential case matters with clients.  Instead of whispering, he just belts out his thoughts without any consideration for people around him or opposing counsel!  In our experience, he didnt' prepare for the case and simply missed discovery deadlines, apologizing after the fact, while again, sweating insanely. 

He doesn't work on any strategy (that we have seen) other than, pay me for hourly rate, I'll try to show up and we will see what happens.  Who cares, I got paid anyway.  They boast that they take credit cards and their ads are real professional looking but take your time, review this attorney.  Send a FOIA request to the Kent County Court, and get a list of past clients.  Call them one by one and see who won, who lost and what they have to say about this attorney.  We would and could never recomment him for anything more than a bouncer at a nightclub - if he would even show up for that.
