I contacted Andrew because he claimed to be able to use his psychic powers to help influence love decisions if he felt feelings were mutual between two parties.  The first and only phone conversation I had with him, he claimed he was majorly against those who offered similar services for one fee and then later charged another fee unexpectedly.  He would only charge a one-time fee of $200.   He claimed that if more work needed to be done, he just did it.  He even had a term for those who continued to charge, though I don't remember what it is now.  He assured me that I would see results in a week-10 days, that has been more than 2 months ago now.  He also told me during the phone conversation that he would be calling me again with an update less than a week later.  I still have yet to receive a call.

I would write to him about every other day to ask how things were going.  When I asked if everything was OK, I would receive a very short response with no details.  "Yes, just slow," or "I haven't made a big move yet" was about all I would get.  Eventually it got to where he wouldn't answer me at all.

After a while I asked him how things were looking and he told me that things were going nowhere and he would need another $200.  I am a single mother and even giving him the first $200 was a lot for me.  It really rang a bell that this guy was a scammer since he had initially promised no more fees after the first fee.  When I told him I couldn't afford it and that he had promised not to charge anymore, he stopped contacting me.

This guy is nothing but a money-hungry talker.  If you can even get him to do that.

I am Psychic Andrew Sexton

AUTHOR: Psychic Andrew Sexton - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 23, 2013

Interesting thing about all of the sudden "Rip Off Reports" filed against me.  Rip Off Report has been around a long time, and yet I've only been the recipient of these attacks and accusations recently.

I have received several calls and emails, from company's who are offering "Reputation Repair" from the Rip Off Reports.  They charge about $2,500 per month and claim that the process of moving these off page 1 of Google will take about 10 months.  In other words, I have to pay $25,000 to make the "Rip Off Reports" stop.

Needless to say, the above negative review does not match any of the past or active client relationships I have.  However, there are a few quotes in there of things I have said to people on the phone.  I do often charge $200.  I do often work within a time frame of a week to 10 days.  I do speak negatively off psychic gypsy scams, which is most of what you will find on Google if you are looking for "love spells".

Maybe 5 percent of the time or so, it does take longer than I expected.  However, I don't go back to my clients and demand more money.  There have been clients who have emailed and called so many times a day, that I've actually sent them back their money, just so they will go away.  But this is the exception to the rule.

I run an honest practice.  Printed clearly on every single page of my site are my privacy policies, refund policies, disclaimers, etc.  I never stop working for a client until we have achieved the desired result.  Complaints are rare and I probably average 1 attempted chargeback a year.

My success rate is above 90 percent, but it is not 100 percent.  No one has a success rate of 100 percent - and this is why I do not advertise a 100 percent success rate, as so many of the other sites out there do.  I am honest and I make myself available.  More importantly, I've managed to do this type of work for over 20 years, and have only appeared on Rip Off Report within the past few months - several times.  And each time a new report goes up online, the phone calls and emails come, offering to "help" me fix this, for a large fee.  There is often an implied threat, such as, "I'd just hate to see you get more of these".

If a client had spent $200 and as much time went by, as is being alleged in this "Rip Off Report" - and the client was contacting me constantly and was not happy, I would more than likely PayPal their $200 back to them.  This has happened before.  It will happen again.  Getting it right more than 90 percent of the time is a very high average.  If I get it wrong, I have no problem with being accountable and making it right, one way or another.

Being available, transparent, open and honest is how I run my practice - not what is being described in the complaint above.
