This individual responds to Craigslist postings where people are looking for websites or design work or programming. He seems knowledgeable but as soon as he receives his Western Union payment he does nothing. He then responds to emails every so often stating that he is refunding payment but never does. I searched the internet after the fact and found he does this often. This is a total scam. Beware
