These guys call you claiming their toner products are superior and outlast the manufacturers brand toners by twice as long. First off, this is extremely hard for a consumer to test/prove and they charge you a huge premium based on that fact. But I guess that's okay because they send you a nice $5 Starbucks gift card.

They give you a confusing promotional offer with a chance to cancel at anytime. I paid for the first cartridge and asked a customer service representative to cancel any future orders. Up until today I thought these complaints about the company were put up by competitors, but all that changed once I received a call from one of one of their sales representatives.

She preceded on telling me about a catalog she will be sending and that's fine with me. Then... she's talking about another promotional card I'll be getting. I'm thinking that you only get those if you've ordered something. So I asked her and it turns out that the first order I made was a part of 4 consecutive orders (to get the so-called promotional price) when I specifically asked the initial salesperson if it was and he replied "no." She preceded to close the sale and said I was obligated. She said their may have been "a little miss-communication" when I replied, "no, there was a lot of miss-communication."

Long story short, I held my ground and they will not be sending me or the company I work for anything for as long as I'm here. You have to be strong and cold to say "no" to this poor excuse for a company. They pull the "respect" and all other emotional tactics on you, but remember that the person on the other side of the line is not trying to help you, but screw you.
