This is another repairshop/reseller scamming Ebay sellers. WHen he hit me his account was only a month old so Im sure he has several accounts. He most likely is hitting Amazon too. iF YOU GET SCAMMED BY HIM please report. If you do business with Andy Palm will be running a risk. His phone is (315) 796-9683 and  email is psespec1@yahoo.com
