Andy Ross has the same business model over and over. He talk up big money ideas to sell dental or health insurance in his meetings and makes a lot of promises of how much money you will make (like MLM companies do to sell the dream)  and then he does not pay as agreed. Andy Ross kept the majority of all the money that comes in. I worked as a top agent for him and turned in over 70 policies. My commission amounted to all of $518. He kept coming up with all kinds of excuses of having to pay for everything to run the business. (Even though I had a signed commission contract) I contacted the carriers and discoved the policies I had submitted generated over $25,000 that went into the bank account of Andy Ross. He basically does not care that he did not pay. During this time he moved himself into a $4 million house and still cried how broke he was! The worst part is this was my 3rd time working for this rip off artist. This was the last time. His entire management team and the other agents I worked with all left. He is a tyrant and is only out to line his own pockets. Do not waste your time working for this man. The more money that comes in the more reasons he comes up with NOT TO PAY YOU. His pajama man school is just another rip off for $5000. I am embarassed to say I was ever associated with this jerk. The worst thing you can do is give him your hard earned money. You will have a lot of nothing to show for it! STAY CLEAR OF ANDY ROSS!!
