Andy Schott CEO and owner of All For One Health Care, Inc. became acquainted to Vivian Kaplan, Ex CEO of ELite Home Health.  Elite Home Health endured financial instabiltiy and was struggling to keep its doors open to make good on past liabilites.  Elite Home Health provided Medicare clients home care services since 2000 and won the Elite Home Care Awards for five consecutive years and experience zero deficiencies in  AHCA surveys since 1997.

Elite Home Health suffered severe financial hardships during and after Gary Kaplan tenure as Elites' CPA, CFO and Vivian Kaplan's, now ex-husband.   Mr. Kaplan is the direct cause of Elite's financial instabiltiy; accounting fraud damaged Elites future viability.   Combined with Elite's financial rape, mounting liabilities, economic down turn and Vivian Kaplan's attention diverted in her tumulteous divorce Elite Home Health surrended and closed on November 4th, 2008.  Vivian Kaplan transferred her 35-patient cesus with another Medicare Home Health Agency, All For One Health Care, Inc.  Vivian Kaplan beleived she transferred her patients to a company with integrity at the time.

Andy Schott, CEO of All For One Health Care, Inc., promised Vivian Kaplan, that if Elite transfered its census of 35 patients to All For One Home Care/Health Care, Inc,. they would be safe and receive quality patient care.  Not true...Never happened.   Upon completion of Elite Home Health census transfer, Andy Schott terminated Vivian Kaplan, not because of her May 2009 arrest, but, because Andy Schott was threatened and intimadated by Vivian Kaplan's high standards, solid business ethics, diverse knowledge in Home Care and keen ability to identifiy fraudulent activity.

Andy Schott and All For One cohorts have written reports on www.ripoffreport.com making untrue claims and statements.

Claim #1: Vivian Kaplan was fired due to her arrest May 2009.  Not True  

Claim #2 the Nursing Board is investigating my license.  Not True.

Statement #1: Vivian Kaplan terminated due to arrest.  Not True. Violates Federal Labor Laws.

Statement #2: Kaplans current employer failed to perform background checks. Not True

Let the truth be known,  All For One endured seven (7) AHCA complaint investigation surveys between December 2008-April 2009.  Most of the complaints were patient driven.  Results are public on the AHCA website for Home Care.   Dissappointed in All For One and Andy Schott, Vivian Kaplan decided to terminate her employment with All For One, but this was interrupted May 2009, when she was arrested.   Her arrest circumstances, involved tendering a check to a therapy vendor, as CEO for Elite Home Health November 2008.  Concurrently, Elite's bank accounts were levied by the IRS; thus, Physical Therapy "Scout" check bounced.  Vivian Kaplan, personally, made restitution to Douglas Brantley PTA of "Scout."
