ANDY STAUDY SOLD ME A HOUSE FOR $119.000 DOLLARS AND THEN RAISED THE PRICE TO $149.000. I HAD A PURCHASE CONTRACT WITH HIM AND PAYED MY RENT FOR 1 FULL YEAR ON TIME. HE RIPPED ME OFF. HE TRYED TO KEEP MY $5,000 DOLLAR DEPOSIT. I TOOK HIM TO COURT AND I LOST SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS. ANDY HAD SOME BIG TIME LAWYER. I COULD NOT AFFORT A LAWYER. I HAD TO MOVE OUT OF THE HOUSE. DON'T TRUST ANDY STAUDY, AGA PROPERTIES, ANDY STAUDY INVESTMENTS, ABRE CREDIT COUNSELING. ANY HOUSING OR CREDIT COMPANIES ANDY STAUDY HAS.

I saw a house with a rent to own sign. The owner was Andy Staudy and one of his fly by night companies he created. ANDY STAUDY SOLD ME A HOUSE FOR $119.000.00 DOLLARS. We wrote up a purchase agreement. The deal was a rent to own scam. I had to pay my rent and Andy would help me buy the house at the end of the year. At the end of the rent to own year. Andy called me on the phone and wanted to talk. ANDY THEN sent me a letter in the mail. He RAISED THE PRICE TO $149.000. I HAD A PURCHASE CONTRACT WITH HIM AND PAYED MY RENT FOR 1 FULL YEAR ON TIME. I mailed in my rent, with a money order. Now my rent in the mail stared to not arrive at his office. (red flag) So I started to just drive to his office to hand him the rent. In person. Then he started to not be at his office. (red flag) HE RIPPED ME and my family OFF. HE TRYED TO KEEP MY $5,000 DOLLAR DEPOSIT that I gave him in the beginning. Not refundable. I TOOK HIM TO COURT AND could not hire a lawyer. I am on social security disability. Andy came to court and his scam lawyer and the lawyer knew the judge. They started to talk about golf (Judge and the lawyer). The scam made me and my family LOSE SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS, time and repairs to the house. ANDY HAD SOME BIG TIME Rental/real estate LAWYER. I COULD NOT AFFORT A LAWYER. I HAD TO MOVE OUT OF THE HOUSE. DON'T TRUST ANDY STAUDY, AGA PROPERTIES, ANDY STAUDY INVESTMENTS, ABRE CREDIT COUNSELING. ANY HOUSING OR CREDIT COMPANIES ANDY STAUDY HAS.
