This lady and her cheating baby's daddy are nuts! I rented a while back from them and it was crazy! They do live in an adjacent property and if they think they can run you they will come around all the time. I am much better looking than the witch is, so the better looking boyfriend came around alone a few times if you know what I mean.

They don't fix anything and blame the tenants! That is a common pattern I saw and it seems to be happening still.

They act like they are so rich, living off tenants payments to pay their own over the top payments.

I was scammed by Kirsten Olson and her baby's daddy as well. Not only via renting, but she promised to help my anxiety disorder with her so-called therapy at her Angel City spa! Snake oil! Avoid these people!
