Plain And simple. They dont pay there sub trades. They will start to give you work and everything seems ok. They pay slowly in the beginning but as you do more work and the bill starts to get high, they slowly stop paying. They owe us over 60k and they dont give a reason why they are not paying. David keeps promising to pay but nothing. We even went as far as setting up a payment schedule but they have not kept up with that.
AVOID THEM!
