On May 12, 2008, I registered with their online rebate processing from home course. It was with the understanding that I had a 3 month trial period to cancel. I had death in my family and I did not start immediately. However, upon my return, I log in and downloaded the first weeks information. Sadly,
it didn't make sense. also received a phone call from a support person whom
I couldn't understand. Nevertheless, I requested my $197.00 refund.

I received an email from someone name Patricia, stating that she is Angel's
assistant and would be happy to refund my money if I provide her with the
original order number. I did and the next day I get and email from some man
stating that I can't get my refund via internet that I must call the customer
service number.

On June 14, I began contacting customer service and was given a confirmation refund number. I waited two weeks, call again, and I was given
some bs about their system being down and I needed to call back. Once I
called back, I was then told that my order number could be pulled up. This
matter was supposedly then escalaed to home office. This is a total scam.These peopl have taken food out of my kids mouth and don't even care.
I have been trying to retrieve my refund since June of 2008 and have had no
success. I am in the process of contacting my lawyer. I have been very
patience and professional about this matter. I still want my $197.00 back
that you stole from me. Yes, you took my money with false pretense.

I am furious. I am not very happy with you people.
