Eaglewhowatches, aka Alli from the Equine Rescue Scams Yahoo group (which I often refer to as the Sheidy Shack or the Yahooligans clubhouse because that is precisely where that motley band of moral degenerates gather to smear, trash, bully, harass, libel, defame and drag me and others on the other side of the fence through the manure) is the one who posted the links to "prove" that I'm an opportunistic scam artist, animal abuser ad nauseam, etc., etc. In reality, none of those links even have any relevance to what she and her cronies are trying to prove. That link goes to a site hosting 3D models for download, where I've gotten several free models to use in my CGI graphics work. How does that prove I'm a scam artist/animal abuser, etc.?? It's a thousand miles off the mark and shows just how delusional these people are, as well as grasping at straws to make me look like the bad one here, when THEY are the ones complicit in taking people "for a ride" through Christy's sham rescue Another Chance 4 Horses of Bernville, PA.

They will not stop at anything to try and discredit Christy's (and this is true also for Diana Murphy, founder of Voice for Horses Rescue, another bad organization to stay clear of) critics, including stalking their walls in search of information with which to use against them--in my case, they used my foreclosure case against me to get me evicted from my home and my pets taken away from me by animal control. I have all the evidence to prove it and much more which is why they recruited Angela Miller Valianos to lure me to Cortland, Illinois with the intent of stealing my Powerbook so that she could hack into the hard drive and destroy every bit of that evidence I had gathered against Christy, Diana and their henchwomen.

All of them, especially Cheryl Hanna, and especially her, keep on blathering about "Where's the proof? Show it to us if you have it. There's not one iota of proof"-- but if they really believed that, why did they recruit Angela in the first place to steal my laptop on their behalf? Hmmm?

The shelter caanot make her stay. Kansas does not want her there. Her brothers are the only ones who can do anything to get help or to stop her. You came to us offering us info from Sallys computer to help us out. There has been nothing provided at all to help with the hell we have put up with. But now you want us to keep helping with your problem with sally. Frankly I am not happy she is in Illinois and the only reason I am here is to stop Sallys slander and harrassment of us who have put up with it for nearly a year now. Colleen Cramblet To clarify why I'm just a little grouchy right now. It's tax season.. am at the office till 10 or after.. drive 45min home.. get to sleep about 2 am.. up at 5 to start all over. I barely have anytime at night to check in on the horses and try to help generate some funds and home offers. We all have issues in our worlds that keep us from what we really would rather be doing; that is my life and the rest of the worlds population. However, I do not start a comment or thread by saying or attacking someone for something they have no control over. I have said a hundred times I CAN NOT get into her computer, I have said it and said it. Keep helping me, I thought you invited me here to help each other, what exactly do you keep helping me with? Do I come in here daily and ask to help me with something? If I can't get into her computer I CANT, that is not my fault. I simply asked who ONE WOMAN WAS and I get this ? Why is this suddenly my problem and my fault ? Everyone wants to stop Sally's slander and harrassment, well a really great place to start is to send everything you have that she has done to each of you to the shelter, maybe just maybe they can and will get her into some place that will help her. I have already told you the police here want her to go away and her only sane brother is helping me but wants nothing to do with Sally. Certainly I am NOT the bad guy here, I have done what I could. Seems to me we are all in the same boat. The last few days have been very touchy in here and I really don't appreciate it at all. Lisa Drahorad From what I know, that big fat Brenda Lewis was doing a nice job with the horses she rescued but then she started getting nasty and bashing other rescues and OUT RIGHT lying. I don't know if she is jealous of the volume the others do becaus...e she can only do a few at a time being that I think she only rents a few stalls at a race barn or something like that. Tried to search their website for the barn address but can't find it. Kristen Boltz is a real nut job! I have tried both ways, keeping everyone and trying to rationalize with them to blocking them if they were nasty on my page. It works much better if I remove them if they make a nasty comment. I never deleted anyone for asking questions, only if they were outright nasty.

As soon as Sally Schrock was denied a horse from Diana Murphy VFH this is when it all began. Sally made it her purpose in life to destroy her Diana's name. Sally Preston Schrock is a convicted animal abuser. And she is also a hoarder, just like the type you see on TV. I am the individual Angela invited to come stay with her in her home in exchange for selling merchandise on eBay; this occurred last year, in February of 2011. Everything that was said in the initial report about my experience with her is spot on and then some. I originally met her on Facebook. The night she brought me back to her house from the airport, I
realized that something wasn't right the moment I walked inside. Literally every single room in the house, with the exception of the downstairs rec room, was crammed wall to wall with junk, even in her then four-year-old daughter's bedroom. I realized then and there that she is a compulsive hoarder.

The entire time I was there, I slept on a cushion on the floor in her daughter's room and it was literally like a minefield just navigating to my suitcase and other belongings I had brought with me from California. She expected me to list every single item on eBay and get it sold by summertime--which was an impossible and unreasonable expectation on her part, since most of the stuff was dumpster-worthy and nothing people would be compelled to spend even a penny on.

She and I interacted very little; most of the time she was holed up in her office doing God knows what on her computer. I do know she was plotting with the ringleaders of an extremely shady horse "rescue" against which I had been speaking out against for their cruel exploitation of innocent horses to steal my laptop on their behalf and lift the evidence I had gathered against them from the hard drive.

Just over a week after I arrived in Cortland, she persuaded me to go grocery shopping with her and to get supplies for a new dog she was getting from a Kentucky shelter the next day. It was actually a ruse; instead of going to a grocery store or pet specialty shop, she drove 40ish miles over back roads out in the country to Rockford, where she dumped me with
just the clothes on my back at a homeless women's shelter. She did bring my rolling suitcase with my clothes in it a few days later but refused to give me my laptop back, saying I could not have it unless I agreed to stay off of Facebook.

As I am a profoundly deaf person and have been since birth, I needed my computer in order to keep in touch with my family and friends; Angela made it nearly impossible for me to do so. I was forced to go to the public library to use their Internet terminals and could do so only for 90 minutes per day, not enough time for me to do what I needed to do.
When Angela found out I was logging in to my Facebook account, she went ballistic on me and started bashing me mercilessly right on my wall--which caused a great deal of anguish for my baby brother in California. She demanded that in order to get my laptop back, I sign a contract agreeing not to defame her and pay up to $50 for the laptop and other belongings. At that point, I had not even said anything negative against her--but she had smeared me all over Facebook, portraying me as a
thief, a con artist and animal abuser--none of which was even remotely true.

As it was becoming all too clear that she had no intention of voluntarily returning my laptop, I had to contact the Cortland police department for assistance in getting it back. I went out to her home and met with the police chief and an uniformed officer. Angela came out and told the officer she had mailed my laptop a few days earlier--which turned out to be a blatant lie. This was on March 4th of last year. I did not get it back until April 22nd and only after she had mailed it all the way to
the postmaster in Alexandria, VA, who then shipped it to me in care of the shelter in Rockford--with a return address for the Rockford PD.

I found evidence on the laptop that she had attempted to hack into it. Fortunately for me, she was not at all familiar with Macs and so was unable to get at the evidence I had gathered against Another Chance 4 Horses' ringleaders and turn it over to them. Not long after that, it came to light on Facebook that Angela had been in collusion with these very people in a secret group and had been discussing my stolen laptop with them, among them Christy Sheidy, the founder of Another Chance 4 Horses Rescue; Lisa Drahorad, AC4h's special events coordinator; Cheryl Hanna, AC4h's publicity and marketing director; Diana Jo Murphy, founder of Voice For Horses Rescue; and Colleen Cramblet, an admin for AC4h's PA broker horse program, as well as Lori Leach, legal counsel for AC4h.

All of these people have been in a campaign for over two years now to silence and intimidate me for speaking out against their horse rescue scam, and saw an opportunity to recruit Angela into their ranks and use her to hurt me. She was an extremely willing participant who went above and beyond to make my life miserable along with these other people. She even went so far as to post the name, address and phone number of the homeless shelter in Rockford on her Facebook wall and encouraged Christy Sheidy's cohorts to call there and harass the staff, asking for information about me. Four of them did--Lisa Drahorad, Cheryl Hanna, Pam Davis, and a man pretending to be my Canadian friend from British Columbia, who formerly hauled horses for Diana Murphy.

 Since then, other people have come forward to tell me about their encounters with Angela--absolutely none of it good. She lies constantly, makes up stories to make herself look important, and has even solicited money for this or that cause, only to pocket it herself. There is a lot more where this came from, but what I've just related here is the gist of it. What happened at the Committee hearing

The bill did pass the Agriculture Committee. Opponents of this bill crowded the hearing room, but the impression of many in attendance was that the committee had already made up its mind. Bob Molaro, former Illinois state representative and sponsor of the 2007 ban on horse slaughter, testified against Rep. Jim Sacia's effort to turn back the clock and allow horse slaughter in Illinois. Vicki Tobin, founder and vice-president of the Illinois-based Equine Welfare Alliance, Gail Vacca, founder of the Illinois
Equine Humane Center, and Chris Heyde, Deputy Legislative Director of the Animal Welfare Institute also appeared in opposition to the bill.

Bill would bring back horse slaughterhouses

Believing horses deserve better, Sacia, a Republican state representative from Pecatonica, is sponsoring a bill in the Illinois General Assembly to repeal the state's 3-year-old ban on commercial horse slaughter for human consumption abroad.Sacia thinks it's preferable to have horses killed locally and blames the predicament on the recent closure of Cavel International Inc. in DeKalb, the last horse slaughtering plant in the country.His plan reopens an emotional debate on horse "end of life" issues that divide hippophiles around the U.S. Both sides claim to have the animals' best interest at heart.Gail Vacca, president of the Illinois Equine Humane Center in Elgin, calls slaughter "just completely inhumane." Many national animal rights advocates are urging national lawmakers to pass the Prevention of Equine Cruelty Act, which would outlaw domestic horse slaughtering for human food in the U.S. as well as transporting horses for slaughter in other countries.

Its Groundhogs Day for the Horse-EatersFor those of you that have been with us for quite some time, yall know what Ground Hog Day is in Illinois. Thats the day that state Representative Jim Sacia introduces his annual Lets overturn the state law banning horse slaughter legislation. This year there is a twist. I have been battling horse slaughter successfully for almost 10 years now. My final battle was making it about the people, so I turned the entire war around and introduced the drugs that were in the meat being rushed overseas and not tested for: hence the abuse and lies from the USDA to the EU, the EPA to the people.
