I read an article about Angelina Jolie's anti-aging skin care line under the name of Premium Brand. The website is a little suspect and Angelina's presence is completely absent. They offer a free trial for the Matrixyl cream for $4.95 shipping cost. There is NO WHERE on the site, the confirmation email, the receipt in the box, literally NO WHERE, that indicates this is a 2 week trial and if you don't send it back in 2 weeks you will be charged $89.95. I also ordered the Snake Venom cream as well. I was astounded today when I pulled up my credit card statement to see two charges of $89.95 on my card. I have done many "free trials" over the last 15 years on the internet and it is always extremely clear that if you do not cancel after a certain time period you will be billed and sent more product. This was not the case in any way with this offer. It all seemed a little shady and gimmicky and I should have trusted my instincts on this. I called one of the many different 844 numbers (each customer service number was different on the emails, order forms, etc.) and after a 10 minute hold was told by the rep who was obviously reading a script and not in her first language that this was what I agreed to. It took some very strong language and repeated requests that my card be credited back immediately. She said she had processed my return and gave me 2 confirmation numbers. I have no idea if this will actually be done so I will update in the next few days. This is a scam of the oldest kind and had it not been for Angelina's celebrity I never would have done this trial. Don't fall for it! Oh, and as a side note, the product containers are cheap and shoddy, the 2 different creams looked and smelled identical and it did absolutely nothing positive for my skin.

They refunded my money

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Saturday, March 04, 2017

This is an update to my report and information for Jessica. They did refund my money. The phone number I called was 844/358-1142. The rep did try to argue with me. I told her to get on the website I ordered from and show me where the "free trial" specified you had to return the product in 2 weeks or you would be charged. She of course could not do this so she said she would refund the money. I did received to confirmation emails stating that the order had been cancelled and the charges were credited back. This is by far the most crooked and scammy experience I've ever had online. Call the number and don't take no for an answer.

Well for one thing I am as of right now going thru the same thing at the moment. I saw it online one night and it said, get your free trial just pay shipping & handling. So I signed up for the free trial, got my free trial and in about 1wk-2wks I received another,I didn't order. And today I found out that I got charged 98.09. And also 89.29, then combine them for 187.38. And I will be charged 187.38 every 30-days,unless I cancel. Well it seems that I can't do that!,I can't get thru on the phone or find it anywhere to cancel!. I want it canceled now and the money replaced!. You should be ashamed of yourselves!,taking money like this from hard working citizens. You have no problems with money apparently because your stealing from us!!. How dare you & shame on you!
