Anil C. Kothari and Global Financial Group are offering fraudulent loans to development projects and corporations.

It took me only three days on behalf of friend to realize Anil Kothari  had been swindled and that he was perpetuating the scam he was a victim of. He requires money upfront to secure loans and will provide proof of funding once the money is paid. His elaborate stories and soft demeanor will entice you, but he is a fraud nonetheless.

He has provided fraudulent money transfer confirmations to prove the funds are in trust but never are. he has become a believer in the Nigerian 419 scam he is involved with and has been continuing to offer the funding to others.

Basically, the wording is always the same when someone gets scammed, they can't supply proof of the mechanism for funding. It is always an elusive "bond" and "sovereign" structure that offers them the ability to produce funding for projects. Generally this comes from the original person that gets scammed (Anil Kothari) believing they will have access
to the hundreds of millions they will "inherit" or become the fund manager of.

I have seen law firms and accounting firms that get duped by the con, so don't feel ashamed if it happens to you. I got caught once for $5000 by an upstanding member of our government name Reg Southwood, who also got scammed.

The problem lies in the fact that eventually they run out of money for their own funding and that is when they start to turn to others to help them get to the final stages of their own funding. Reg Southwood's approach was "I get to manage this $110MM fund and 10% of it is discretionary for me to use as I feel fit. Help me pay (the VAT, the
transfer fees, the cleaning of the money, whatever) and I will fund your projects." The story is always similar.

Anil Kothari is in a similar scam where he feels he will be able to fund projects just on the interest on his money alone (because he will get  so much of it).

So delusional is he in his quest he shared a piece of amazing personal information about how when you are good person good things come to you. He shared that he received an anonymous letter in the mail saying that he had been recommended by a friend (who they will not reveal the name) because of how kind and honest he is. They want to give him control of their $55MM dollar company so he can invest the money in charitable giving when the owner passes away from cancer.

He is so wrapped up in the lie he actually replied back to the second scam artist that if they turned over their company he could make them three times their money by using his "system" to raise more funding. Absolutely insane in his approach.

These blind fools do not deserve our pity, they are stealing time, money and focus from decent (albeit greedy) people who believe money seems to be easily accessible.

He is seen on the internet involved in projects in Costa Rica but nowhere else we can find. I don't know if these are real stories or hoaxes and we have reached out to a high level friend in Costa Rica to confirm.

AGAIN - Anil C Kothari is scamming for fraudulent loans.

To terminate these scams simply ask to put the funds into a lawyer's trust to cover costs once the funding is approved. As soon as this is asked, the deal goes sideways.

Anil Kothari will travel the country and outside of the US to meet and receive deposits for his funding.

Anil was last seen leaving my hotel parking lot in New Jersey driving what looked like a pizza delivery car but offers millions in funding without a blink of an eye.
