Diamond Acres Kennel Evonne Or Dennis Denney Buyer Beware Ripoff Ft Worth Texas

We bought an english bulldog puppy from Evonne Denney, Diamond Acres Kennel, in May of this year, 2006. When we purchased the puppy we paid cash and Evonne had her husband drop her off. We signed a health contract and were promised we would receive papers for the dog that could later be easily transferred to AKC. We were told that as the puppy was originally from England, it could take up to 5 months for the papers to get here. Well, it's now been 6 months and we still have no papers.
Despite several attempts to contact Mrs.Denney, she refuses to tell us anything. We first contacted her about 4 months after buying the dog to make arrangments to breed our pug as we had previously discussed over the phone, when she answered she began telling us the papers would be here very shortly before we even had a chance to tell her the original nature of our call. This lead us to beleive she has had problems of this sort before. We have remained patient, but there has still not been any contact. Our dog has also had some health issues, next month she will undergo surgery on her left eye. Our vet has also tried to contact Mrs. Denney again with no results.

We bought our dog for $2000 as we understood her to be of superior breeding quality. We love of dog and don't want to give her up after all we've been through with her. We would not trade our dog for the world, she is now part of the family, but until we receive the papers, she will never be more the pet quality. Inlight of that, I feel that we should have only had to pay for a pet quality dog.

DO NOT BUY A DOG FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! Seriously, you would stand a better chance of getting your papers if you bought a dog from your local animal shelter.

ALSO.... If you have been wronged by this women and are willing to make a statement, PLEASE contact us. We will soon be taking her to court and the more people that come forward the better the chances are to stop this woman from doing this to another family!!!
