ANP Transcription Services (Albert Suied and Larry Perrone) Bounced check, Untimely payments & failure to pay Ramsey New Jersey

Please go to the New Jersey Department of Labor and WAges site and file a complaint.  It can be done anomynously if you want and submitted via email, fax or mail.  I did not submit mine anomynously.

Be sure to include supporting documents including a list of your late fees due to non payment/slow payment.

Please don't just wait and never get paid or stop once payment is received otherwise ANP will continue to do this to other contractors.  The more complaints filed the more NJ can look into the tactics of nonpay/slow pay by ANP.

If you know the contracts you worked on, I may have contact information for those clients and you can also reach to them regarding the non-payment.  My method is full exposure because obviously ANP has evaded being sued for their unethical payment practices.  This must end.

My first course of action is to file complaints on consumer sites and with the Better Business Bureau.  Also file a complaint with the States Attorney Office in your area and in Ramsey NJ where the office of ANP is located.  Lastly, the lawsuit Motion to Compel payment is another option if you can make the trip to Ramsey NJ to file in person OR contact a legal aid or court runner in that area to assist you by getting the documents from the court, sending to you and then you fill out notarize and the aide runt he documents back to the court and pay the filing fee.

I have an UNCLEARED payment submitted to me by Albert yesterday.  It may clear in 5-6 days.  This means nothing to me at this point since I have had a bounced check from them and now that you are saying you have had payments bounce via wallet.  I also have another contractor stating payments bounced via intuit.  If my payment bounces I am heading directly for the motion to compel payment.  If it is helpful, I will get the documents for you as well and send or fax them to you for your completion. I have a slew of late fees and penalties associated with ANP's failure to pay and I am not taking this from them.  My credit report has been affected.  Two days ago I was unable to pay yet another bill that was due.

If more people chime in we can pursue a class action lawsuit.  From my research there are SO many affected by this epidemic of non payment from ANP.  From what I have gotten is that them getting receivables is the issue and they are working on getting this fix, but I cannot believe that since there are disputes and complaints dating as far back as 2006.  They state it's government contracts that are delaying payment, but as a person who works for a government contract for over 11 years, I know that waiting a 120 days for payment has never happened for us.  If it did we would not continue to do business.  The only way we will know the truth is in court where are records are supoenoed.

It is time for contractors who are being taken advantage of to stand up for our rights.  I needed the income and that is why I sat up countless nights transcribing audio.

I also am waiting on my money.  I have two payments due to me totaling $986.50 (One payment of 498.20 paid to Google Wallet that bounced twice, and this last time bounced through PayPal today)  I also was supposed to get a payment of $466.00 last night he claims he sent, which I never got.  Do you know who we can call or file a complaint against him to get our money ASAP!  This was my sole income, and I worked for them back in 2011 and never had a problem with payments until now.

I am in West Virginia, so any information you find out would be great!
