Started service with a company Called Answer National , outsourcing some of my incoming calls. Upon doing research of other companies this particular one seemed the most reputable and friendly. So i decided to sign up. Un like most companies that offer the same product/service they required me to sign a  minimum 3 month contract. I thought it was strange however went through with it anyway. Just a few days into the service, the "superior customer service and quality " that i was promised was nonexistent. It was almost like i signed up with another completely different company. A good portion of my calls where not being answered by their company, i was getting complaints from my own customers that my phone would just ring and ring and if they did answer my customers where being put on hold for some time.

I addressed these concerns with the only person there that seems to be in charge "Amy" however she always had an excuse that everything was good on their end. I personally tested the service by calling in myself on multiple occasions and received that same service on my own line, calls not being answered or being put on hold. Very quickly i had enough of the service and with "Amy" and demanded my 3 month contract be ended and to be refunded.

They refused to work with me and simply told me they were enforcing the contact and charging me for 3 months of a service i only used for days! Upon further research i found this company has an F rating through the BBB. My only hope as a consumer is to file complaints and hope others can see before they sign up with this company. They are in my opinion scamming people out of money for terrible service and unwilling to give any refunds.

They are wrong again

In response to Answer National. Their complete response is false, their claim my service with them had something to do with a marketing campaign is completely made up out of the blue, i have no idea where they came up with that. Goes to show how creditable they are. I am not just a ranting dissatisfied customer with no creditable claim as to why i am upset. If you ever decide to sign up for their service im sure you may experience the same experience i have. Again they charged me a full 3 months of service for if what i remember correctly was only a few days and a handful of calls before i canceled , who does that! Any company focused on exceptional service as they claim would only charge me for the few days i used and cancel the service without penalty. Get with the times its not 1980 anymore. Look they still continue to argue with me vs try to make it right all over a few hundred dollars , really focused on exceptional customer service huh?

Simply Untrue

Mr. Borland's claims are simply untrue. We have been serving thousands of happy clients for nearly 28 years. Mr. Borland seemingly launched some sort of marketing campaign which failed to generate any meaningful response so he attempted to cancel his agreement with us. We are very sorry that things didn't work out the way Mr. Borland had planned, but he can't just cancel the terms of his agreement. We take all complaints very seriously and conducted a thorough investigation into his claims. We answered every single call that came in on his account professionally and efficiently. He had one call placed on hold for 18 seconds. That's it. Sorry about that. We wish him well in the future. Incidentally, the "Amy" he refers to is our Sales Manager and is an experienced professional of sterling character and unimpeachable ethics. Our many, many clients think she is caring and responsive at all times - they think she is great. Good luck, Mr. Borland.
