Anthony And Sylvan Pools shoddy workmanship, warranty useless, use illegal immigrants, false promises Ripoff Cleveland Ohio

I am sure everyone has had or knows someone who has experienced building a pool with Anthony and Sylvan. Since the 10 years we have had our pool, we have never really been able to use it. It leaks, it cracks, the coping and tiles fall off, their service and warranty programs do not do anything; they are rude, nasty, people who lie up front and you pay a big price in the end. They hire illegal and untrained workers who put in our jacuzzi at midnight under flashlights. I have had these things repaired at my own expense, paying them thousands of more dollars every year, and then we open the pool up in the Spring and the same problems still exist. The owner is Steve Neidus(440-720-3301), and his CEF is Bill Evanson.

They also have a main office in Doylestown, PA. and the president, Bill Wertman (215-489-5600, ext. 5500) works there. The manager is Larry Mazenga who again charged us over $3,000 in repairs to our coping again last year and it is all broken again this Spring. The CEO there is Gerry Strauss (ext. 5564). Our salesman, who pursued me for 2 years, is Ken Bergman (ext. 5740) and their person in charge of warranty, who is the rudest of all is Hugh Cross.(ext. 5523). He knows nothing about anything but how to get out of warranty work and how to make more money for the company. Their head construction contact is Neil Coyne (ext. 5590).

We live in a small cul de sac of 12 homes--4 of which have had nightmares even worse than mine with this company. Do not ever build a pool with them unless you want to throw hundreds of thousands of dollars in to the garbage.
