My gut tells me you have a bone to pick with someone and you're using this site to smear their reputation. As for Robbie, you definitely have the wrong person. As an health insurance agent of 17 years, I have never worked with a company rep as "stand up" as Robbie Inks. I've sold Assurant products for the past 3 1/2 years and have had nothing but great success because of his support. Heck, he's made many day trips from his office in Cocoa Beach to come meet with me & go over products and training material so that I can confidently represent Assurant's products to my clients.

I can't speak for the agent you dealt with, but I can tell you from a professional standpoint that whoever you spoke w/ at Assurant, it surely wasn't Robbie Inks. I question if you really spoke with the company at all. I know the insurance co. record all of their calls for legal reasons so they can track the caller id's #'s they come from & content of what was said. If you were really treated that way, you should report it to Assurant Headquarters and give them the date & time you called. They can pull the call & find out who you really spoke with.

I must say that I have never been treated so rudely and inappropriately with such unprofessionalism.
I had recently inquired to purchase some health insurance since now is the time that I am at the age that I should have coverage.
I also thought that I was really dealing with licensed health insurance agents whom I could trust.
I contacted Assurant Health and I was given an agents name to contact and that he would in turn speak with me and then give me a quote for a monthly premium for coverage.
This idiot Anthony Denisi comes to my home.
First of all, he was dressed so inappropriately.
He had a worn out grey shirt on and a pair of ragged pants. He seemed unclean, he smelled, and his breath was atrocious.
He had this attitude that he was so superior and kept telling me to sit and listen to what he had to say.
He was forceful and rude. I had told him to leave but he insisted on telling me that what he had to say was going to make a difference in my day. IT SURE DID!
I was never talked down to in such a condescending way.
I was actually getting ready to call someone.
I was so nervous and afraid to tell him to leave.
He had told me that he was from New Jersey and that was his type of personality.
I was appalled!
He told me that he lived at Harbour place in Tampa Florida and that he had much class.
He kept going over and over the same unnecessary points of benefits. I kept telling him what my needs were but he continued to talk over me. He acted like he was new at this and didn't even know how to act like a professional salesperson.
I never had anyone as forceful and ignorant talk to me in this manner. His vocabulary was awful only to show that he probably never had graduated from grade school.
By the time he was done, I did not have the information that I wanted in an insurance plan and to make things worse he tried to get a $400 a month premium out of me.
He kept asking for my banking information and I wouldn't give it to him.
He insisted on obtaining my routing and bank account numbers. When I wouldn't tell him he then kept pressuring me into turning over a check to him right then and now.
I was so stressed and upset.
Finally, I had gotten him to leave my home where I had locked the door behind him.
Immediately, I had contacted Assurant Health company and asked for his bosses name.
I was given the name Robbie Inks Time Ins a Regional Sales Director in Cocoa Beach Florida. I kept calling and leaving him messages for weeks but he never returned my calls. Finally, one day Robbie Inks from Assurant health called me back and was very rude to me.
He had told me that I wasn't being very cooperative and that I should look to another company for my insurance needs. He had told me that he was a regional sales director and that he couldn't be bothered with this.
He didn't care about what his agent had put me through or even saving a potential client.
He told me he didn't have time for this bull**** and that I was to have a nice day and then he hung up on me!!!!!
Let me tell you that I will never deal with Assurant Health again no matter what!
