The owner of this company anthracite leasing steven feibus. Buyer beware!!! stay away from this company and this man. not only is he a complete liar but uses deceptive practices and is unethical. I regret ever trying to conduct business with this man. He is a professional lying scammer conman!! I have reported him to bbb, my lawyer and next step is attorney general and am taking every measure to make this other consumers are not burned by this lying snake!!

As noted previously, this issue went to court. The judge ordered fully in favor of Anthracite Leasing and ordered the defendant to return the vehicle or pay back the $20,723.88 owed to Anthracite. Despite additional delay attemps, the defendant finally turned over the vehicle. I am posting the court order and opinion to clearly show the complaints filed by this person and a few of his friends were totally bogus.
There is another complaint posted on rip off report in regard to this matter as well as on pissed off consumer.
They were all filed this year and relate to this same matter which are the only such complaints filed since Anthracite went into business 24 years ago.
It is unfortunate that people use a website such as this to try to hurt someones reputation when they are actually the ones who did the wrong thing and have a bad reputation themselves. Search this site or google Peter Rhee who is one of the defendants and you will see what I mean.

he claims there are no other compaints since 1990 in his rebuttal. Once again another lie!! There are already 3 others more out there that have posted on pissed consumer with thesimilar problem.There are a lot more other victims out there and please let the truth be told. This outfit and owner steve feibus is a compete digrace and shoukd be ashamed of himself.

We have been in business since 1990 and have never had a complaint filed against us by anyone.
We did not do business with this person. We had another customer trying to sell his leased vehicle to a third party. The customer has a past due balance from another lease of $20,000. So until the past due balance is paid, the transaction will not be completed.
In addition, no bill of sale was ever executed between the parties, so no transaction ever took place. This matter will be resolved by the courts.
