I GOT SUCKED INTO THIS BY MISTAKE AND TRYING TO GET MONEY BACK GOT ONLY A CONFIRMATION REFERENCE NUMBER . i DOWNLOADED THIS PROGRAM BUY MISTAKE THINKING THAT IT WAS UPDATE FROM AVG INSTEAD MY COMPUTER WAS INFECTED AND GOT INTO MY BANK INFO TRYING TO MAKE UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES STARTED SMALL WENT UP TO A DOLLAR BEFORE I REALIZED WHAT WAS HAPPENING, MY SON IS A IT TECH AND HAD TO CLEAN ME UP AND I HAD TO CANCEL THE BANK CARD THAT I USED. I AM NOW TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK INCLUDING THE CHARGE FOR THE PROGRAM OF 49.00 ,I HAVE NO PHONE NUMBERS AND MY SON SAID GOOD LUCK AS WELL AS THE BANK. THEY ALREADY GOT THE MONEY NOW TRYING TO GET IT BACK. SON STATES THAT THIS PROGRAM IS A TOTAL FAKE. I NEED SO HELP PLEASE
