Antispyware2008xp for while researching a item, this antispyware 2008 xp popped up, and downloaded itself and now I can't get rid of it Internet

for as I was visiting another site, this spyware popped up and now I can not get rid of it, for I did not visit this site nor did I ask for it, I need help in removing it from my pc, and woould like to know if I have any recourse in this matter, such as cost

Manually Remove this, if you cant then do a system restore on your machine. I did this on my fathers laptop and it was removed.

This is a virus stocked with Adware and spyware. I had to manually remove it for one of my clients. It installs itself into your system registry and when you reboot it will reinstall itself.
