I responded to an ad on CraigsList for a wii bundle for $240 including S&H. I sent $240 via Western Union on January 18th and was told to expect a tracking number within 24 hours. I received the following response:

On the 23rd, I requested a tracking number again. On the 26th I tried going to www.mypalmliq.com and filling out a request for username/password and submitting above information via the comments section of the form. I also tried calling 888-229-8259, but that number turned out to be to a number to a rental property.
