While you are probably right in your observations and investigative work about the Gonzalez' home loan fraud, and illegal alien status, they are still human beings and entitled to a place to live.

I grant you the fact that every individual's economic status may not equal or exceed your's. This does not make them a fraud for attempting to finesse the system to get a decent roof over their head. Did you take the time to complain about Enron?

I have but one question, After you verified all of the fraud and assessed it, what did you offer to help them get into a home of their choosing within the parameters of the policies that no doubt did not include them in the first place? God Bless You and your fine family my Dear!

This country is full of American citizens who are committing offenses violations throwing trash out of their car windows ripping of companies and credit providers etc, dont point you finger at illegal immigrants for this countries problems, show some back bone.

The average illegal immigrant is hard working for minimum wage with no benefits and they never complain, they come here to achieve a better way of life, which is their right as human beings.

The illegal immigrants pick up on all the jobs that nobody else wants and are generally taken advantage of unless of course you are prone to strawberry picking in some 100-degree dusty field for minimum and less wage.

Drive by your local Home Depot and you will see dozens of Mexicans standing around asking for work and guess what not one American Citizen they are down at the 7/11 asking for change so they can jack up with some dirty needle.

When was the last time you saw a Mexican begging for change or standing by the freeway asking for money. NEVER!

You know why? American citizens have taken the rights to those jobs.

What under mines this country is all the free loading Americans that think its their right to claim and rip off anything they can. When was the last time you did something for free for this country in thanks for the privilege of living here?

People like you make me sick acting like you have never done anything wrong in your life, never cheated on your taxes right? Never made that little extra claim? Never thrown a small piece of trash on the street? Never broken the speed limit?

You said it your self in your statement Gonzalez makes minimum wage, the poor guy has a family and he is doing what he can to provide and you want to destroy him, for what!?

He is not ripping anyone off he has obtained the loan at cost to himself and now has to maintain the mortgage or loose his investment.

If this guy is an illegal alien and he has got him self to the level of buying a home God bless him and I wish him all the luck in the world, this shows an example of what can be achieved by hard work and perseverance.

Loan departments are full of Applications with truth stretching EVERYONE does it including citizens loan companies are aware but the loan is secured by the property so who cares?

Just shut up you sound middle aged and bitter, get on with your easy life and thank God for the good hand he dealt you, let the likes of Gonzalez do what he can even if he defaults on the loan only he loses he cannot run of with the home.

Think for a minute how life must be for an illegal immigrant these people are not thieves or crooks they are human beings just like everyone else just because they enter illegally does not make them a bad person they just want a better way of life just like you have and take for granted.

Go and visit Mexico and see how hard life is for these people and then ask your self what would I do in their position.

Their culture has been here longer than yours.
