DO YOUR HOMEWORK WHEN BUYING A VEHICLE. 

On 08/09/2014, this woman brought a vehicle from the Clarksville, MD location. The customer service was horrible and she was treated like trash. The vehicle was dirty and the salesperson (AC Clash) came to her house and forced her to sign the contract without test driving the vehicle. On 08/09/2014, the vehicle steering wheel had a malfunction, and made the vehicle non-drivable, which she could not drive the vehicle off the dealer’s lot. She  had the truck for a week, which they only corrected the steering wheel issue. 

On 08/22/2009, the truck stalled and the security feature in the truck shutdown the entire system, which the salesperson provided her with a faulty key that triggered the alarm system, and stalled the vehicle completely. Therefore, the truck was non-drivable.

She could not drive the vehicle off the lot because the vehicle was non-drivable, because the steering wheel had mechanical problems. Josh (Finance Manager) and AC Clash (salesperson) gave her the run-around, and the key is currently not working for the vehicle. She was SOLD a LEMON, which she had reported this matter to the media, FBI, MD Attorney General, MVA, and the citizens of Maryland. 

She have also requested a copy of the Maryland Inspections Certificate, which her salesperson and finance manager did not provide her at all. She requested MVA Inspections to investigate this matter, because she could have been killed in a non-drivable automobile, which was not inspected or passed inspection- negligently. The staff and managers were no help, because when she called regarding her concerns, they will disconnect the telephone on her attempt to communicate with them.  Antwerpen is worried about making money (the sale) and is  not worried about customer service. The failed to communicate with the salesperson and manager, which one of the managers (Jerome) told the that she will be arrested if she come to the dealership. 

Today, August 22, 2014 at 9:07PM, your Finance Manager, Josh came over to diagnose the vehicle, which he stated to the customer that he was not a mechanic, but a finance manager. This vehicle was not inspected correctly, and did not pass Maryland State Inspection. This is unacceptable and should not be tolerated at a so-called “reputable business.”As of today, the customer did not receive any communication from the dealership of purchase regarding the problem.
