Anwuli Okoye, Dr. Oguguo C. Okoye M.D., Gazillion Investments LLC, Richmond Ngenegbo doesn't pay, conman, 3590 Collier Dr nw atlanta, Richmond Ngenegbo, trap house Braselton Georgia

Oba Richmond Ngenegbo hired me to do some property management for a house located at 3590 Collier Dr NW Atlanta, Ga 30331.  He said he owned the property but I later found out it was owned by Dr. Oguguo C. Okoye M.D. an ER Doctor in Winder Georgia and his wife Anwuli Okoye under the business name Gazillion Investments LLC in Brasleton, GA.  He wanted me to fix the property and rent it out.  I gave him a quote on fixing it that was very low and he said it was too high but that I can still manage the property. However, as I was finding perspective tennants, he rented it out to some people and he did no work to it, just gave them one month free.  They never paid the rent and never reapired the property.  He called me up furious and wanted me to file an eviction against them.  I also did some minor repairs to the house like installed new locks.  

I filed the eviction and received a judgment but he never paid me for my time.  I then filed a disposessory and ne never paid me for that either.  In the meantime the tennants contacted him and gave him money, he cancelled the disposessory.  I researched him more and found that he is a convicted con man, wanted for ripping off people in the US and in Nigeria.  I found that the property was owned by the Okoye's and I called them.  They told me that Richmond said we were evicting the people and that he would have to check with Richmond to get me my money.  I told him that Richmond took money from the tennants and he is a con man.  Dr Okoye laughed, I also told him the the house is Trap House and has drug and prostitution traffic and said what do you want me to do about the property? And I said clean it up, finish the eviction and pay me my money.  I have since attempted to contact Richmond and Dr Okoye and his wife Anwuli to no avail.  Pay me my money and get rid of the drug house.
