I placed an order for an item through Amazon.com and ordered an item from this third party seller. The item arrived as promised, however, the shipping was delayed. While, I did not request expedited shipping, my order was placed on April 12th and Amazon's rule for shippers is that they send the item within 3 days of purchase. I did not receive the item until April 29th and the package was postmarked that it was in fact shipped on April 24th, which is more than the 3 days required by Amazon.

I posted this feedback that the item did arrive in satisfactory condition, however, it was shipped late, in order to advise others who may be ordering a textbook for example that they might need with a certain period and they can perhaps consider using expedited service should they choose to buy from this seller.

The problem began when I was contacted by Dave of this company via e-mail. He BEGGED me to remove my feedback from Amazon, claiming that this hurt his seller rating and that he would be willing to work something out with me. I removed my feedback in good faith and began contacting him and he's been stringing me along, claiming that he would refund my shippng charges. This never happened and he now ignores my inquiries through his customer service site.

Dave my issue is still not resolved here.
You asked me in good faith to remove my feedback which was honest, AND promised to work with me to my satisfaction. You even added, "You will be refunded if not satisfied!"

I am pleased with the book itself and did state that it was in excellent condition, however, as a caution to those who may use regular delivery or be ordering a textbook for example, it was a slow delivery. I still have the envelope with the postmark date. Would you mind crediting me a portion of the shipping?

It wasn't so much a slow delivery, but my order was placed on April 12th and the postmark shows that it was never mailed until April 21st which was more than a week after I ordered it. I realize I didn't order express or expedited shipping, but an e-mail saying that it either wasn't on hand to ship promptly or when it would be shipped would have been nice.

We know that the mail can sometime be slow, so we make every effort to ship fast.
Once given to the USPS, we cant control how long they might take to deliver.
The mail is usually prompt but can sometime be slow. We are very sorry if the mail was slow in this instance.

We hope you will not hold us responsible if this mail was simply slow this time.
We hope that you will not hesitate to order from us again, and know that most USPS deliveries arrive quickly.
I hope that any feedback you provide will not penalize us for slow mail, and that it will focus on my customer service and our product.

We really appreciate your business.
