I was looking for an engine for my car and filled out a form online. Apparently it sent my information to multiple companies and I received several phone calls and emails. This was a text I received:

8:30pm: Hi Michelle, my name is noah with allthingsautoparts.com Are you still looking for the 05 ford focus 2.3L engine?
8:58pm: Yes
9:24pm: Yes we have that Engine in stock for 1000.00 with 100k and a 6 month warranty. That price includes shipping, no additional fees. Does that help you out?
10:12pm: That's a little out of my price range, but ty.
1:01am: PRICE SHOP YOU GET CHOPPED, AMERICANS DO NOT CARE ANYMORE ABOUT REPUTATION, GOOD LUCK DOING BUSINESS WITH A G*** OR AN ARAB YA CHEAP F***.

Can I just say that I was completely taken off guard...how can someone talk to someone like that? This is unprofessional, racist, and disgusting.

I have a budget, I have a family, I have bills, and fixing my car is NOT the first priority on my list, so I have the luxury of price shopping. This guy just decided I was worth attacking because I felt his price was too high for my budget.

I decided to look up their company and found a slew of complaints on here and even on BBB. I cannot believe that they feel this is how a company should treat people. If I chose not to go with them, and they were kind - I would've referred people to them....but now I just don't want anyone else subjected to this rude and racist behavior.

I contacted this company looking for a rebuilt motor for my 2011 Hyundai and asked for a price quote for one rebuild which they advertised they had only for them to tell me it was used and that no one was rebuilding my motor. I told him in a text that I found 3 companies with rebuild ones and then he got nasty with me and told me good luck with the arabs and the F*&% other countries. will never recomend them to anyone as they are racist, rude and disrespectful. their number is 904-685-8860

You are not even my customer we never took any money from you, we have 3 good reviews to 1 bad, this guy is a liar! For the record the rip off report is a scam with 58 complaints on the bbb.

Noah,

I am not slandering your business. That would imply the things I am saying are false. I have in fact proven to you that you have treated people in this manner. I have also proven that while allthingsautoparts.com may not have been directly listed on the BBB, it is the same company as Anything Auto Parts - with the same phone number, same address, (which IS listed) and the people who have had issues - have all dealt with you. You are the common denominator in all of these, and it's all about your attitude towards people. That is my issue on here Noah. You can't expect to have a company if you do not treat your customers properly. I truly hope that you can either find some way to separate your personal feelings from your job, or hire someone who can handle speaking with customers. Not everything will go your way personally and professionally, but it's all about how you handle it. That is what will decide if you have a customer, a referral, and a business. I don't wish ill on your company, I hope that you are successful with it. I just feel that if you are going to continue treating people with such disrespect, that anyone who reads this will be warned.

We are not on the BBB allthingsautoparts.com have never had to handle a dispute with money or with the BBB. Please lady stop slanding my business with things you can't even prove.

This is the same lady who complained last time harassing me calling me honkey and hillbilly all kinds of names, making all this up, we have no complaints on the bbb, you know why because we do not abuse our credit or our clients credit, if t his case held water we we would be on the bbb, it is just that simple.

Noah,

I have read all of the reports on both BBB and here. You claim the same thing for every dissatisfied customer, that they attacked you. 

I can assure you that I am not whomever this person is that you think I am. I have not purchased anything from you, nor will I ever. I find your lack of respect disgusting. Your non existent customer service skills will only be your company's downfall. I would highly suggest that you learn those two skills, should you want to have a job in the future.

I can also assure you that the names you are accusing me of calling you - have never crossed my lips, ever. A) I have respect for people. B) Those names are not in my northern venacular or my southern heart. 

I have done a lot of research on your company before even filing the report, because sometimes people have a bad day. However, when everything I read was identical to my story (as far as the way people were being treated), I decided to come forward with my experience as well.

You state that there are no complaints against you and that the BBB is for reporting credit discrepancies.

First of all, the BBB is designed to give ratings to a business based on their business practice. You have 3 complaints listed just for this year.

From what I have read, it appears that the company is run by you and your father and that you are the main sales person. It is obvious that you have no business etiquette, or even an understanding of how a business should be run. I think you have a lot of growing up to do, as well as some much needed business education.

My point is that people shouldn't be treated that way. You don't know anything about them. Every company prides themselves on satisifed customers and customer service. It's how you get respect for your company, and you earn referrals. Especially in a digital age where referrals for a company such as yours (working from the internet) has the potential to be huge....your attitude will cost you money. With facebook and twitter and reviews online....your bad business practice will overshadow anything good. I am curious to know why you texted me back at 1AM instead of the next morning?
