My problem is not with the inflated price of the tickets. It is however the $40.00 "express" delivery service charge. This company is based out of Houston, Texas and I am located on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. I bought tickets for an event in Vancouver for Nov 26th and sent my order in late September. I received my tickets on Nov 15th. When I am being charged an additional charge for express delivery I would expect my tickets sooner then 11 days before the event.

I would not use them again simply because when I realized they were no where to be found in my mailbox I contacted them. I feel as a customer the only reason why the tickets were even sent when they were is because I contacted them as to their whereabouts.  The tickets cost a lot of money in the first place but again, that's not my beef because I was willing to pay for this particular event. It's the express delivery charge that I think is a crock!

International Shipping is expensive

AUTHOR: Any Tickets customer service - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, February 10, 2012

We are sincerely sorry that you were unsatisfied.

It appears your main complaint is the cost of the $40 express shipping charge.  We wish it was lower too!! But we assure you this is not a profit center for us, it is simply what FedEx charges to ship internationally. We can't simply mail the tickets because they are time sensitive "one of a kind" items that require fast delivery and the ability to be tracked. Check the prices to ship a package from Houston to Vancouver on Fedex.com and you will see that the $40 we charged was a very fair price.

Keep in mind that we don't always get the physical tickets in our hands far in advance of the event. So sometimes it is a bit of a rush to get the tickets out to our clients on time for the event.

Again we are sorry you did not have an enjoyable experience with our company. Searching for tickets online can be a daunting task, I assure you we are one of the "good guys". It pains us to see our site on this web site because we know how hard we work to give our customers the best experience possible.  We understand that because we sell tens of thousands of tickets a year, a few customer are going to be unsatisfied with something but we truly strive to be the best. That is how we have become one of the largest ticket brokers in America and have stayed in business since the 1980's.
