I say my fault I should have known a crook when I saw one and around Christmas time. Well, my son taken in for questioning and then locked up on several felony charges. Now, I find out their was no arrest warrant or rearrest warrant for him. He was 21 at the time and never been in trouble so we dont know anything about this kind of mess. Lets just say I wish we never sent him to poe dunk Georgia for college. The land of we cant make money any other way then locking people up. Well, my son gets bonded, 100,000 because we are out of state we have to use bonding company for securing out of state property and pay an addition 15% plus fees. Which adds up to about 16,000 dollars plus.

Now, besides the fact that thugs already robbed my son of most of his money for college and I've paid out about 48,000 in lawyer fees(money donated by family and friends) and I have to pick up and leave my job to get down to this drought stricken place.(this is what happens when the authorities in the land are corrupt. (read malachi in Bible))

They asked if he had been indicted (she knew what she planned to do and saw me a mile away. Being all sweet and nice and advizing him. they are worse that the crook in jail) I told them no and they looked up the information on charges and situation. I get up go the bail bondsman and tell them I have the majority of the cash portion and they already verified the property on the rest. She says yeah we'll let you make payments, just make out some checks with the date you want to pay and you come in and pay the cash to us and we give you the check back each time until it is paid. If you cant pay on that date just call us or bring what you can. I'm thinking great this will work. my son gets out he gets two jobs and takes classes one day a week to complete college.

about 5 months later the indictment comes and the DA goes to a different judge and gets a bench warrant to arrest my son again and doubles every charge he aready has. They come to my door say they have a warrant for his arrest and take him back to jail. He gets another hearing and gets bond again but with doubling all the charges it adds up to 309,000 dollars. The rip off is he did not violate, I made the payments and they say I loose all that money from before and now have to pay it all again. Bail bondsman says she came off the bond and owes me nothing and gave all money and paperwork back to sheriffs department and sheriffs department says yeah I have to pay it all over again and they dont have my money the bail bondsman does. Now, I have to prove that they stole my money.

Bottom line is I should have gotten something in writing other than their word for it. I assumed you always get a portion of your money back when you show up for court. I am told when using a bonding company they keep the 15%. They also, have the option to stay on the bond if they want to or not after they take your money. The contract says about 10,000 to state of Georgia and 7,000 to bondsman. Well, I think this is a racket to rip people off.

Oh, yeah Georgia top colleges, great opportunity, land of properity, this is a way to fleece new comers, and niave young students, rip off all around. If the thugs on the street dont get the you the ruthless business people scams will and if they dont get you their is always the government. I see why their is a drought.
