Steve Riffle is a liar and a snake! I joined Anytime Womens Fitness back in November for a Zumba only pass and I had to sign a 1yr,contract to take one class. I paid the monthly fee by credit card and then the next month, Mr. Riffle told me that my payment never cleared the bank and I had to sign a new contract that night or be charged the total yearly fee that night. The new contract was for a higher rate and I had to sign the contract that day and he refused to show me the declined payment as I requested.

I signed a new contract and then later learned that the first & all remaining month had been paid  and he took additonal money in the month of April from my checking account and credit card. However, the charges on my credit card was $20.00 higher than the regular fee. I've tried numerous times to get is resolved and I had to file a police report and contact the Attorney General's office to try and get my money back. He refuses to show me the "declined payment" or give me a reason why I was charged $200.00 over the intial membership fee. He has changed the name of his company from Bodies in Motion DBA(Doing Buisness As): Anytime Womens Fitness DBA-24Hrwomensfitness and 24hrworkout express.

BEWARE all these companies are owned by Steve Riffle. It appears that when he is confronted with complaints, he changes the name of his company to avoid detection. If you notice, Mr. Riffle uses a a brand name that is well established (like 24hrFitness, Anytime Fitness, Bodies in Motion) These companies are well know to the community and it gives the impression that he ia associated with a parent company but he is not. By adding a new word in the title, he has created recognition & status for his club (Anytime WOMENS Fitness, 24hrWOMENSFITNESS, 24hrWORKOUT EXPRESS) Don't be fooled, he has no affiliation with these companies. He is the only one to complain to and he is the only person who can resolve the issue.

Because I continued to ask questions on my account, Mr. Riffle "banned me from the club", even though my bill was paid for the month of April. I llater learned that Mr. Riffle charged me 7.18% sale tax on each monthly bill instead of 7%sale tax. Make sure you check your monthly fees against your contract. In my case, my fees seemed to have increased about the same time he was charged with "failure to pay sale tax"(from public web site) and he "went missing" per his staff when I requested to meet with him.

Once mr. Riffle changed the name again, he banned approx 160 paying members from the club by shutting off their key cards,forwarding the club phone to a "voicemail box" where you had to leave a message (yea, he never callled me back) or if he answered the phone, he would refuse to talk to you. After several months of non -communication from Mr. Riffle, he left me a voicemail stating I needed to contact him by a certain time or else he was sending my account to the attorney to press charges. I later find out that he had been contacted by the Attorney General's office and he had to respond to me by the date he called me. He also told the AG office that the "issues had been resolved" when infact it had not.

I know there are about 10-12 other people who are having the same problems I am having with Mr. Riffle. The only way anything is going to be done is for people to stand up and take action against him. File a police report, contact your bank & credit card company to dispute the charges, file a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's Office and file a dispute with the Billing company AAC.

Check your bills, statements and the contract. Even though it states you have to give a 30 day notice to cancel, he held the contract open longer and then he ran charges thru on the account that are unexplained and he refuses to explain the charges.

DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS MAN OR ANY ORGANIZATION, YOU WILL REGRET IT AND HE CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!
