AOL has been charging my credit card 23.95 a month for over a year.

I called them and they told me they could see where I have not used them but as far as getting my money back, his exact words "that isnt going to happen".

In Texas it cost 60.00 to file a small claims court which I'll do and will inform you when I win.
Be careful people when aol gives you 1000hrs free. they ask for a credit card # then think they have a right to use it as they wish.

Think about it, if they do 1 million people like this they make an extra 23,950,000 a year.
