AOL gives you the runaround and does not let you cancel, Internet

After signing up for the trial period, I decided to cancel because their service sucked and they signed me up for two other ripoff "services" without my consent. Trying to call their numbers is useless - they just put you on hold and continue to tell you how happy they are that you chose AOL. Trying to cancel is like pulling teeth, they have their rebuttal flash cards lined up like angry customers in their call queue.

Then, when they finally give you a "refund" after you threaten to take their life, they don't even give you all your money back. Apparently there is a ten or twenty dollar fee that they don't refund. So signing up for that trial period isn't so free after all. Don't do it people. Screw AOL.
