Complaint Review: AP Furniture
AP Furniture AP Furniture Inc. The front right leg broke off in May. I reported the incident to the store and took pictures with my tablet. Orange New Jersey
I purchase a living room set in December of 2016. While sitting in the chair one night in May 2017 the right front leg broke off. I was in shock. My boyfriend was also sitting on the chair next to me when the incident happened. I immediately took pictures. I went to the store and showed the pictures to the owner's son. He ensured me that he will take care of it. It's three months now. The furniture company has never reached out to me. I was the one doing all the calling. Then about two weeks ago he sent two guys to have a look at it to try and fix the leg. The same thing happened the leg broke again. He keeps telling me that he called and ask the manufacturing company to send out new legs. He does not want to take any responsibility for the damaged furniture. After several attempts to get the matter resolved I don't know what to do anymore. I paid good money for this furniture. I feel like I am being taken advantage of.
