AP9* Connections fraudulent credit card billing ripoff Stamford Connecticut

Upon receiving mt credit card statement this month, I discovered a carge that I know I did not authorize. I attempted to call the phone number provided on the statement and followed all the prompts. After waiting patiently on hold for 20 minutes for a representative, I was told that this charge was a result of a telemarketers call and that I had authorized the monthly charge for some service that I had never heard of.

The informed me that they had the authorization recorded. I asked to hear it. And they could not provide that recording for me.

After contacting my credit card company, AP* Connections agreed to reimburse the charge that had been on my account. Just think of the dishonest money that AP9* Connections is making. Something should be done to prevent companies like this from being in business.
