I have been trying to cancel this service since May of 2005, with no luck. I have contacted the company and they are still taking money from my account. Everytime I have tried to call, I am put on hold and have never been able to talk to someone since last May. I was told that my account would not be charged, but itis still being charged each month.
My name is Carolyn ***** and my address was (((ROR redacted))). I would like for someone to look into this for me and see what can be done. I have never used the sevice.

What's to look into? Close the account!

What's to look into? Close the account! They've been taking your money since May, 2005 - 17 months - and you haven't closed the account, whether it is a bank account or credit card?
Even if you have automatic payments, etc., coming out, surely 17 months is enough time to establish a new account number.
