I recieved a free credit report going on 2 years ago and have requested this service be stopped atleast a year ago but it has not. Savingsmart is charging my account $1 per month. When I call the 800 number to try to cancel my membership again, there is no live person to talk to. Now I see they have charged $1 twice on my checcking account this month! This has got to stop! I will try once more e-mailing savingsmart.com but if this doesn't work I will have to take action!
