On March 18th I was checking my bank account on line and noticed a withdrawal of 19.95 from AP9*Healthplan and did not know what it was. I called my bank and was told to call fraud department. Seems this is not new to them, other people have experienced the same thing. The bank credited my checking account and I opened a new account and got another debit card.
